Have you ever wished that you could learn online copywriting from experts, but from the comfort of your own home? Me too! So I called up my friend Karon Thackston, a copywriter for over 25 years and said, “I need to learn how to write copy better and I know other beginners who need that too. Why don’t we put an online copywriting class together to help everybody?”
Great for us that she agreed.
The bell is about to ring on the very first Online Copywriting 101 telesummit. You’ll be able to kick back with your computer (even in your PJ’s) and learn online. Copywriting is such an important component of your Internet marketing that you won’t want to miss a single session.
So who are these experts and how can you learn online copywriting from them? Glad you asked!
- The lead instructor is Karon herself. She’s written several books on the subject as well as working as a copywriter full time. You’ll learn about researching your target audience, the basics of copywriting, planning your copywriting project, optimizing your copy for the search engines and how to write great headlines.
- Kevin Hogan, Mr. Persuasion, is on board to give you the psychological secrets of influence and persuasion. When Kevin agreed to join us, I was doing the happy dance! Normally you have to spend big bucks to hear him and I know you will hang on every word.
- Michel Fortin, author of “The Death of the Sales Letter” provides some incredible insights into what sales letter techniques are working best today. You may have to change some of your thoughts about creating a sales letter after attending this class.
- You couldn’t have a better teacher for writing press releases than Shannon Cherry. She’s been able to get her clients on the front page of the New York Times and even on Oprah!
- Don’t we all need to write better blog posts? You’ll be able to sit in on the one-on-one with Lynn Terry as we quiz her about every aspect of how she writes blog posts. Her blog posts are legendary in propelling her to Super Affiliate status.
- The Conversion Scientist, Brian Massey, will have you putting up killer landing pages in no time.
- Writing articles seems like such a simple thing, but writing articles to drive traffic to your website is a whole different thing. You don’t want to miss Jeff Herring, the Article Marketing Guy, walk you step by step to writing traffic pulling articles.
I’ve saved the best feature for last!
I called up Karon again and said, “You know beginners are on a tight budget. Couldn’t we allow everyone to get a free pass to the event?” And again, great for you because she agreed!
So here’s the deal: If you register as a Silver Member of Online Copywriting 101, you’ll get that free pass to learn online copywriting by listening to the streaming audio of all 10 sessions at your home or office. The first one will kick off at midnight Central U.S. time on September 1. A new session will pop up every day and you’ll have an entire 24 hours access each one.
We beginners need to stick together. Right? So hurry now and get your free pass. CLICK HERE and then scroll down to the bottom of the page until you see the red ticket. We’ll all be writing online copy like a pro! WooHoo! See you there!

I love to give my customers information that they can use to make their lives simpler when dealing with lawn, garden & pets. I am so excited to be taking these classes to learn specifics on how to reach people in a way that they want to read what I want to tell them.
The best part is that I will have 24 hours to listen to each session once they go live! I never know what might be happening in my brick & mortar store so I miss many webinars that are at a set time. With the freedom to listen at any time during the first 24 hours, I know I can choose my time at home when I can concentrate on what is being said.
Thanks so much to everyone who made this Online Copywriting telesummit possible!

Thanks, Rebecca. I guess having an entire 24 hours to listen is not a common feature of telesummits as we have received several emails on this subject. We wanted to make it as easy as possible especially for our friends on the other side of the world.

Having a free option for this seminar makes it affordable for all of the “newbies” starting out.
Copy writing seems to be one of those challenges that flows easily for some of and not so easy for others. I am looking forward to having the information these experts will provide on each of these topics. Even if I plan to hire an expert to write for me eventually, it is important for me to understand what makes it “quality” writing – and what is less than valuable. And of course I am trying to do it on my own right now.
Having heard several of these speakers present at NAMS this year, I know I will be getting their best information.
Being able to sign up to have the recordings to listen to again and again makes this a very desirable package.
Thanks for putting this all together! You will find me an eager student.

Thanks, Terry. I acted as the guide for all the beginners out there, asking for clarification and explanation of industry terms. I’m sure some of my questions were quite elementary, but I thought if I was wondering maybe others were too.
